Stayed for 2 nights and we were very impressed. We were upgraded for free to a design double and the room was lovely and spacious with the bath being an added bonus. The decor is very minimalist but it was surprisingly cosy with the lighting and comfortable bed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. A little bit of a walk required to the Old Town but not an issue for us. Easy transport links if needed.

One of the best experiences of my life Amazing staff wonderful people amazing hospitality unforgettable moments I am 100% confident I will visit again and again my best experiences When I go for a break fast all staff is around you any thing you want the don’t say anything and within 10 minutes it’s on your table I wish we had some more days to stay at Taj Amer Jaipur

What a great hotel! We were so happy with everything about it. It was close to the train station in Zurich with easy access to bus and tram routes. We were so impressed with the employees, everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was large and spotless. We especially loved all the amenities , the top quality soap and lotions, water , robes, slippers, sleep masks. We felt very pampered. We paid for the breakfast and were not disappointed. They had a vegetarian option which one had and the other had the meat option. It was presented in a elegant way with great service. We were only sorry that we had not booked for more days. We definitely will be back.

The hotel reception and restaurant are cool, the room a bit minimalistic, not so charming but functional. We had the brunch at the restaurant and were very disappointed! We took the étagère at CHF 34 per person ( you have to be 2 person to take it in total CHF 68.- ). Nothing really cooked or special. The quantity was not enough, they used the space on the étagère to put the marmelades and bread instead of putting that aside and offer more fruits or something additional. Very disappointed for the price! The service was a bit slow, we waited nearly an hour to receive the étagère. Too expensive for what it is.
